Through fiscal sponsorship and pooled funding services, we help promising social impact projects receive grants and contributions, and we assist philanthropic entities in standing up new ideas and investments for projects they want to support.
Our name reflects our belief in supporting the continuum of the journey to creating social impact—helping projects sustain momentum, overcome challenges, and continue driving meaningful change.
Our Role
Contina Impact offers an affordable and user-friendly Model C Fiscal Sponsorship for emerging projects and collaborative philanthropic initiatives. Our partners span a diverse range of social missions, including those focused on democracy, faith, health, culture, media, education, and more.

At Contina Impact, we simplify the path from big ideas to real progress. Our streamlined practice makes applications, onboarding, grant distribution, and reporting seamless, allowing you to focus on driving meaningful change. Here’s how we support various initiatives:
Early-Stage and Time-Bound Projects: We work with initiatives that aim to achieve their mission within a few years or need a fiscal sponsor as a stepping stone toward establishing an independent 501(c)(3). These projects often rely on fiscal sponsorship to receive their initial philanthropic funding.
Funder Initiatives: We support grants and projects initiated by a single funder or a coalition of funders that need to launch quickly. These initiatives often involve multiple stakeholders collaborating for impact and prefer to avoid the complexities of housing the project within a single participating organization.
Pooled Funds: We facilitate collaborative grantmaking models where a backbone entity manages grant pools funded by multiple contributors. This approach allows funders to amplify their impact by working together toward shared goals.
